Low-budget tank

Story:

This what happens if you spend all your tank budget on alcohol and try to build one with whatever money you have left. You end up with tank that:

- Can't shoot

- Explodes whenever it hits something

Solution? Just try not to hit things so that people wouldn't notice how bad your tank is.

and watch out for Tuturu of death.
